Bought for a family trip. Very easy to use even for my parents. Sound clarity is clear but in crowded area little disturbance comes after 2km which is completely fine as ARK explained as per government policy can't exceed 2km in city areas like Bangalore.

We purchased 8 units for our 5-floor apartment security team. The walkie talkies are working properly across all floors including basement parking. Range is easily around 800 meters in our setup. Battery backup is giving around 10–11 hours on continuous use which is enough for one full shift. Voice clarity is good even during peak traffic noise. Only small issue is charging takes around 2-3 hours fully, but once charged it runs full day and even next day as well. Overall very useful for security purpose.
